Doctor Amy Allen is a licensed chiropractor who has developed a holistic, and also very realistic, approach to physical health. Dr. Allen has built her practice around her reputation for giving every patient the extra time and attention necessary to discover the source of a problem, or develop a specific wellness plan that is tailored for each patient.

Her philosophy is that slow and gentle changes to one's lifestyle will result in a truly lasting improvement. She treats everyone as she would be treated, and works with you to fit your plan into your lifestyle in a way that is realistic for you. With her background in adult learning, human factors, ergonomics, and yoga she helps you put together a comprehensive picture of your current health to find solutions for your concerns.
